Using the directory

This site has no accounts, newsletter sign-up, payment forms or advertising trackers. We do not add analytics scripts or set application cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website rather than requested from a third-party font service.

The website host, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time of access to deliver and protect the site. The hosting provider’s infrastructure may process information outside Australia. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Search and filters

Gym filters run in your browser. The selected search text and filters can appear in the page URL so that you can share or revisit a result. We do not send search changes to an analytics service. Opening or refreshing a filtered URL sends that URL to the host as part of an ordinary page request, and your browser may retain it in history. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the search field.

If you email us

If you choose to contact us, we receive the email address, name if supplied, message and attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your request, assess a correction or manage the directory. Email is handled by our email service provider. We do not sell contact messages or add senders to a marketing list.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, document relevant listing decisions or meet applicable obligations. Please do not email sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Business information and external links

Listings contain public business information collected from official websites. If a listing is inaccurate or raises a privacy concern, contact us with the page link and an explanation. Links to gym websites take you to services operated by others, whose privacy practices apply there.

Questions, access and corrections

Email ben@outmarket.com.au to ask about information you have sent us, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context to identify your request, without attaching sensitive identity documents. We may ask for proportionate information to establish that a request relates to you.
